Installation Instructions

 

Installation of LNG filling gun The installation is shown in the figure below:





Step 1 Open the package, check whether there is any abnormal looseness at each connection, push the outlet valve of the filling gun, and gently plug and unplug the control button and unlock button to check whether there is any jamming.

Step 2 Clean the filling metal hose and remove any pollutants and moisture that may have entered the hose; unscrew the dust cover, and strictly prohibit water or other pollutants from entering the filling gun.

Warning: If pollutants or moisture are not eliminated, it may affect the overall performance of the LNG filling system, and in severe cases, it may damage the filling system.

Step 3 Tighten the connection thread between the filling metal hose and the filling gun to ensure a reliable connection, and then insert the instrument air source rubber hose into the air source interface of the filling gun (if the ferrule connection is adopted, the nut should be tightened appropriately. The ferrule connection joint is in the random accessories). Note: The instrument air source rubber hose should not be in direct contact with the filling metal hose; it is recommended that the width of the other side of the filling hose connection nut should not be greater than 42.

Recommendations: (1) Use the integrated metal hose for LNG pneumatic filling guns manufactured by our company to prevent the instrument air from freezing due to low temperature and causing the pneumatic filling gun to fail to work. (2) After the rubber bellows is placed on the rubber hose of the instrument air source, it is isolated and tied together with the filling metal hose.

Step 4: Introduce liquefied natural gas and use a leak detector to check whether there is any leakage in the entire system. Note: This step is crucial for the safe operation of the LNG
programmed pneumatic filling gun. Special emphasis:

1. LNG manual guns do not need to be equipped with instrument air source rubber hoses;
2. 3 to 5 layers of raw tape should be wrapped around the thread connecting the LNG filling gun and the filling metal hose;
3. The connecting nut of the filling metal hose should be made of copper;
4. Install a one-way valve at the end of the instrument air source hose near the filling machine;
