Working principle and safety settings

CNG high-pressure natural gas is transported to the inlet valve through high-pressure pipeline or high-pressure hose, and gradually filled to a certain pressure area to avoid overpressure, then the valve is closed for storage for a certain period; When in use, fasten the pipe connection and open the valve for gas output.

2.The compressed natural gas cylinder group is equipped with a shock resistant pressure gauge in the pressure division area to avoid damage during high-pressure gas filling. The gauge is made of stainless steel with stable quality, convenient installation and good seismic performance, which is not only suitable for the impact of CNG gas, but also for the environment with low gas temperature; An all stainless steel stop valve is installed under the pressure gauge to facilitate the user to turn off the gas and prevent leakage when inspecting the pressure gauge.

3.The compressed natural gas cylinder group is equipped with a safety valve at the end of the main pipe system. In case of overpressure caused by filling error or other reasons, it will automatically open for relief, and automatically close when it reaches the safe pressure value, and then it can continue to store gas.

Installation site requirements

1. The installation site and fire protection requirements of compressed natural gas cylinder group shall be designed and constructed according to the relevant regulations of the local country or industry.

2. It shall be stored in a ventilated, dry place free from corrosive gas and sunlight.

3. The installation site is an important fire prevention site, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Fire fighting facilities shall be designed and configured according to relevant regulations.

4. The foundation shall be flat and firm, and the pipe connection size shall match the outlet pipe diameter of the unit.

5. The equipment shall be reliably grounded during installation, and the bottom of the bottle group shall be fixed.

6. It is not allowed to stack any flammable and explosive materials near the equipment; There should be enough space nearby to facilitate equipment maintenance.


7. The pipeline system of this equipment is 304 stainless steel. If the external pipeline is welded, the pipe size shall be external diameter × Wall thickness= φ twenty-five × 4mm.

8. The emptying pipeline of the safety valve shall be led to a safe place.

Precautions for use and maintenance

1.Sunshade facilities shall be provided at the top of the place where the device is used, and fences shall be set around the device, and irrelevant personnel shall not enter.

2. Safety accessories such as pressure gauge and safety valve shall be installed on the gas pipeline connected with the cluster device, and the discharge port of the safety valve shall be led to the safety zone by pipeline. Both ends of the gas pipeline shall have the self closing function in the unconnected state to ensure that there is residual pressure in the gas pipeline to prevent external air from entering.

3. Before use, the gas pipeline connected with the device must undergo air tightness test and replacement to ensure that the pipeline has no leakage.

4. Before the repair, reconstruction and hot work of the gas pipeline, strict and effective safety precautions must be formulated and approved by the person in charge of safety. Isolation and protection shall be carried out around the operation point.
